Q: I'm on a PPO plan that Dr Imperial is listed as a provider. I don't see Dr Shaw listed. Can I still come to Great Grins Dental?
A: YES! Although Dr Shaw is not listed yet she is in the process of getting credentialed as a provider for Great Grins Dental. The process can take from a few weeks to a few months. Rest assured that she is offering to honor the fees that Dr Imperial is contracted with so your Out-of-Pocket expenses will NOT BE AFFECTED...They will be the same as if Dr Imperial were doing the treatment. _____________________

A: YES!! She is so valuable to Great Grins Dental and will continue to be the friendly and familiar face you know. _____________________ Q: Is Dr Imperial really retiring?
A: Well, retiring from practicing dentistry at this time. Posture related stresses were a major cause of his condition and failure to heal. He hopes to find other ways to provide for his family and contribute to the community. _______________________
Q: What other changes can I expect?
A: Mondays will now be an option for cleanings!
Dr Shaw will also be able to expand services and procedures. She really loves to work with children!
